Terms of Service

Welcome to Quizvoria. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of quizvoria.com and all quizzes, articles, results, points, premium features and other services we offer (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Quizvoria

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is allowed by the laws that apply to you.

2. For entertainment and self-reflection only

Quizvoria quizzes and results are designed for fun and self-reflection. They are not psychological, medical, career, financial or relationship advice, and they are not a scientific assessment of personality. Percentages and trait scores describe how your answers were distributed within a quiz, nothing more. Please do not make important decisions based only on a quiz result.

Articles

Articles on Quizvoria are written for general information and entertainment. They may summarize published research in simplified form, but they are not medical, psychological, career, financial or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for talking to a qualified professional. If something you read raises concerns about your health or wellbeing, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust.

3. Your account

Some features, such as saving quizzes, earning points, daily check-ins and premium access, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can ask us to delete your account through our Contact page.

4. Points

You may earn points by completing quizzes, checking in daily and through other activities we offer from time to time. Points are a promotional feature of the Service only:

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money or redeemed outside the Service.
  • Points can only be used for benefits we offer inside the Service, such as premium access.
  • We may change how points are earned, how many points a benefit costs, or limit daily earnings.
  • Points earned through bugs, automation, multiple accounts or any other abuse may be removed.

5. Premium access

Premium access can be unlocked with points for a fixed period shown at the time you unlock it (for example, 30 days). Premium gives access to premium quizzes, deeper result insights and bonus sections in articles while it is active. The main text of every article stays free for everyone. Premium does not renew automatically and ends at the end of its period. Once used, points spent on premium are not refunded. We may change the content included in premium at any time.

Premium can also be bought as a one-time paid pass: a 7-day pass for US$1.99 or a 30-day pass for US$4.99 (prices may be shown or charged in your local currency at checkout). Paid passes do not renew automatically. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, which may be provided by third parties such as Google. Ads may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to click ads artificially, use tools to generate fake views or clicks, or encourage others to do so.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or the rights of others.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated means to access the Service, earn points or interact with ads.
  • Create multiple accounts to gain extra points or benefits.
  • Try to hack, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Copy, scrape or republish our quizzes or results as your own.
  • Share content through the Service that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading.

8. User comments

Logged-in members can post comments and reactions on quiz results and article pages. When you comment, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for what you post. Only share content you have the right to share.
  • You will not post spam, advertising, links to unrelated sites, or the same message repeatedly.
  • You will not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or misleading, or anything that targets a person or group.
  • You will not share personal information about yourself or anyone else, such as phone numbers, addresses or account details.
  • You will not impersonate another person or Quizvoria.

By posting, you give Quizvoria a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store and share your comment, your display name and your quiz result on the Service. You keep ownership of what you write.

Comments may be held for review. We may edit, hide or remove any comment, and limit or suspend commenting or the account, at our discretion and without notice, especially if these rules are broken. Comments reflect the views of their authors, not Quizvoria. If you see a comment that breaks these rules, please contact us.

9. Intellectual property

All quizzes, articles, questions, results, illustrations, text, design and software on the Service belong to Quizvoria or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to quizzes and your own result images for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts of our articles with a clear link back to the original page. Copying or republishing full articles or premium sections is not allowed. Any other use requires our written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to, or features from, third parties (for example, sign-in providers, advertising partners or social sharing). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Changes and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including quizzes, points rules and premium features. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts, remove points or end premium access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, the Service is being abused, or we are required to do so by law.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that quiz results are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizvoria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, points, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
