This Privacy Policy explains how Quizvoria (https://quizvoria.com) collects, uses, stores and shares information when you browse our website, take quizzes or use an account. For privacy questions and requests, contact mediaarusdigital@gmail.com.
1. Information we process
Account information: When you register using email, we collect your name, email address, date of birth and password. Passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing rather than as readable passwords. We use your date of birth to check account eligibility; it is not displayed publicly.
Quiz and membership information: We process quiz answers to calculate results. For signed-in members, we keep quiz history and results, points transactions, daily check-ins, streak information and premium-access status to provide the member dashboard and rewards features. Quizzes are intended for entertainment and self-reflection, not psychological or medical diagnosis. Please avoid providing sensitive personal information in quizzes or messages.
Comments and reactions: If you are signed in and post a comment on a quiz result or article, we store the comment text, your display name, the quiz result shown with your comment, if applicable, the date and time, and your account ID. Comments, display names and any attached quiz result are public and visible to anyone who views the relevant quiz or article. We also store which reactions you give to comments so we can show reaction counts and let you change or remove your reaction. Your email address is never shown with your comments. Please do not include personal information in comments.
Terms acceptance: When you create an account, we record that you accepted our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, and when you did so.
Technical information: Our website and hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, security events and server logs to deliver pages, troubleshoot errors and prevent abuse. If you contact us, we also process the information you include in your message.
2. Sign in with Google
Google sign-in is optional. If you choose it, we request your basic profile information, name, email address, email-verification status and unique Google account identifier. We use the account identifier and email to authenticate you and create or connect your Quizvoria account. Your name may be used to prefill registration. Google sign-in does not give us your Google password, Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.
We store the account details needed to recognise you on future visits. Google access tokens are used during authentication to retrieve your basic account details; our current integration does not request offline access or save refresh tokens. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or transfer it to data brokers. It is used for account authentication and the account features described here. Service providers may process it only as necessary to operate these features, or where disclosure is legally required.
You can revoke Quizvoria’s access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically delete an existing Quizvoria account; contact us to request deletion. Google’s own processing is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts; authenticate members; calculate and display quiz results; save history; maintain points, check-ins and premium access; respond to support and data requests; protect accounts; and comply with applicable obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may rely on providing the service you request, your consent, legitimate interests such as security, or legal obligations. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies help maintain your login session and protect sign-in requests. Browser storage may remember language, display preferences and quiz-related state. You can clear or block cookies and storage in your browser, but login and some features may stop working. Signing out ends the site’s login session.
5. Advertising and third-party content
Quizvoria may display advertising, including Google AdSense, when advertising is enabled. This disclosure does not mean ads are currently active on every page. When Google ads are served, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other websites. Where required, non-essential advertising technologies require your consent. Google sign-in data is not used by Quizvoria to target ads.

Other vendors’ opt-out information is available at aboutads.info/choices. External links and embedded content are subject to the relevant provider’s privacy practices; providers may receive technical information when content loads or you follow a link.
6. Sharing and international processing
Authorised administrators and service providers, including hosting, maintenance, security and email providers, may access information as needed to operate and support Quizvoria. Google processes sign-in requests when you choose Google sign-in. We may disclose information to meet lawful requests, protect rights or investigate misuse. We do not sell account information or quiz history. Providers may process information in countries outside your location, where privacy rules may differ. Applicable safeguards are required where law calls for them.
7. Retention and security
We retain account information and member records while needed to provide your account and resolve support, fraud or legal matters. We review deletion requests and remove or anonymise information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations. Temporary authentication and security records expire according to their purpose; copies in backups may remain until replaced through normal backup cycles. Comments stay visible until you ask us to remove them, they are removed during moderation, or your account is deleted; when an account is deleted, its comments and reactions are deleted or anonymised. We use HTTPS, password hashing and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email mediaarusdigital@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and explain your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting; do not send passwords. We respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
9. Children
Quizvoria is not intended for children under 13. Account registration requires users to be at least 13. If your local law requires parental authorisation at an older age, that requirement also applies. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate; any new use that requires consent will require that consent before it begins.
